A balanced blend of surfactants, quaternary ammonium and aldehyde germicides in a non-acidic formulation specifically designed for tough terminal disinfection applications without material damaged to buildings and equipment.
 
Indications
TuRBokill offers potent broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, viruses and fungi even in conditions of heavy surface soil. It also provides significant residual activity. Aldehydes are renowned as potent germicides with superior spectrum of activity coupled with durability against surface organic matter.
 
TuRBokill does not rely on damaging “acid boosting” to effect its virucidal potency which ensures material damage to buildings and equipment minimised.
 
The combination of aldehydes with quaternary ammonium compounds and surfactants (wetting agents) ensures the penetration of biological films, which would ordinarily protect the disease agents from disinfection. Because of this characteristic such products are also used for cold sterilisation of medical and surgical equipment in human medicinal applications.
 
The formulation of TuRBokill is also designed to minimise the volatility of its active components, which improves operator safety and maximises efficacy.
 
Utilisation
Apply to all washed surfaces as a terminal disinfectant using a coarse spray at a dilution rate of 1:125 parts water.
 
Tests performed by UK Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) indicate that TuRBokill can be used for General Order type applications at a dilution rate of 1:20 parts water and for the control of poultry diseases at 1:140 parts water.
